BioEnable seek services of service providers in India and Abroad, all such services are subject to following Terms & Conditions
Mutual NDA - BioEnable will sign Mutual NDA to protect its information being shared with third parties.
Standard Services Agreement - Wherever applicable BioEnable will sign Standard Services Agreement. For projects costing above USD1000 or Rs.40000, this agreement will be mostly default.
Software development projects - In such projects the developer is required to provide the complete documented source code to us along. For certain projects we may demand opening project for us in Source Forge or Google.
Terms of payment: Payment terms are different for projects below USD1000 and above USD1000. For projects below USD1000 payment can be made in max. 2 installments thru escrow or directly via paypal/TT transfer . For projects at USD1000 and above payment can be made in 3 or more installments. Complete payment cannot be held in escrow only the first part that is payable within 1 month can be held in escrow, once it is cleared then we can put the second part in escrow.
