Terms and condition about the AMC
Annual
Maintainance Contract
What does AMC
include :
- Maintainance of
the equipment like
Checking if all
its parts are properly working, clean the dust and environmental effect that can
lead to problems or reduce performance,
Test data
communications, power supply, installation related issues like mounted properly
etc.
- Repairing of the
equipment without parts
In case the
products stop working due to issues like some wire is not connected, something
is loose etc. then using standard tools like screw drivers, soldering gun,
wires, fevikwik etc. the repairing of the device can be
done.

- Repairing of the
equipment with parts
In case any parts are found to be damaged and needs replacement then we have to first purchase the parts at the cost of the customer and then install it. We will not charge for installation of the part if AMC has been done but price of the part needs to be paid by the customer.

We are offering AMC
in two forms
- Ex-works AMC
Ex-works AMC means that we or our service engineer will never visit client premises and the unit needs to be sent to our Service center for repairs, inspection, maintainance etc. as per above information. Such AMC can be mainly accessed by dealers. If dealers has taken Ex-works AMC for a device then they will not be required to pay regular service charges. they will only need to pay for courier expense and parts required if any.

- Onsite AMC
In this our service engineer will visit the site. we can also tie-up with some service company in various cities and their engineers may be sent if we do not have local representative.

AMC:
Second Year - 12.5%
to 15%
Third year - 12.5% -

Fifth year - 15% -

NOTE:
12.5% is minimum onsite AMC cost. THis AMC cost is valid for situations where we have offices like Pune and Mumbai.We can offer that in Delhi also.
Even dealers should
take AMC else they have to pay Rs.600/- every time they send unit for repair.
One AMC contract is required for one Serial number.
