Brightness of LCD backlight is very dim / blank.

Problem: The LCD backlight is very dim / blank.
Solution 1: The backside window of the TimeScan is provided with a Blue color pot which is nothing but a
intensity controller.This pot can be varied using a small flat screwdriver.The pot can be varied by
rotating it in the clockwise or anitclockwise direction.Vary the pot slowly and keep on checking the
intensity of the LCD backlight.
Solution 2: If by using the above Solution 1 the problem is not getting solved check the adapter.If possible
replace the adapter and then check wether the LCD is still blank or dim.
Note: Remove all the connection done to the TimeScan.Only Power adapter connection should be present .
Solution 3:Even after using the above two solutions the problem is not getting solved then Contact Support.
