Keypad temporary hang?
One of the following reason might had caused this problem:
1.>Problem:Logs are present in the TimeScan and are not downloaded from many days.
Solution: Connect the TimeScan to the Remote Manager software. and download the logs. Prefer to connect the TimeScan directly to the PC using cross cable while downloading the logs.If still the keypad is hang then format the logs using the utility called as "Format Log .
Note: Format Log will delete all the logs present in the memory of TimeScan.
The utility is present in TimeScan Menu .The way to that is Menu->>(9th Option " Factory INIT" )->>Format LOG.
2.>Problem:The problem might be due to the network very buzy.
Solution:Check the same by removing the TimeScan from the network.This can be done by just plugging out the LAN cable from the RJ45 port.
3> Problem:The problem might be in Firmware.
Solution: Contact Support for this
