IN OUT F1 F2 keys not working?

There might be one of the following reason due to which this problem might had occured :-
1> Problem: The TimeScan should be in T&A mode.
Solution:In order to set the TimeScan in T&A mode go through the following link.
2>Problem:Many times the keypad key hangs due to the Buzy Network.
Solution:Remove the LAN cable from the RJ45 port and check wether the Funtion keys of keypad has started functioning or not.
3>Problem: Many times the keypad respond after few seconds if it is not used for longer period of time.
Solution: press and hold the key for atleast 2sec.Once the keypad starts responding the rest of the keys are responded in real time.
3>Problem:The keypad might be faulty.
Solution:Contact Support for this issue.
