How to use Function Keys?

We generally use the function keys for the Time & attendance purpose.The method of using the function key is

very simple.

If u want to use the IN key for genertaing the attenadnce logs then press the IN

key and then punch ur fingure.OR press IN key then press Enter key and then

punch ur fingure.

Similarly u can follow above process while using the F1,F2,OUT keys.
The logs will be generated.When u download these logs in RM software u will

find that in "Authentication Log" list window the colomn named as "Function

Code" will display the function key used by the user .
