How to escape from the emergency without the master (administrator)

1.If u don't know who is the master(admin) or if you want to go inside the menu of the terminal without master,please make sure that the mainboard of the terminal is new one (V4.24).
The following figures are the backsides of the terminals,you can distinguish the new board from the older board (V3.04).

The differences between two boards are the direction of the power connector which is different,.and the connector what are beside the tamper switch,are different.These connectors on the old board are unified into one connector on the new board.Also the Serial Number of the terminal is able to distinguish the new board from the old one.If the serial number starts "5~",the terminal is new.But if the serial number starts "4~",the terminal is old (refer to the following figures).

2. If ur terminal has a new board, you should uncover the rear case of the terminal using the screw driver then seek for the jumper pin (JP4) on the board.The JP4 must be located on the upper right side of the board.(refer to the following figure).
3.U can put the cap of the jumper JP3 on the JP4 pin and then connect to the power (ref to following fig.)

4.If u push the button F2 in the terminal, you can go into the menu of the terminal without the master administration.(refer the following figure).
5.If u push the button F1 on the terminal then all the user database in the terminal will be erased (DB Format).(refer to the following fig).
