Keypad temporary hang?

There might be one of the few reason due to which the problem might had occured:
1>Problem: Logs are present in the Bioaccess and are not downloaded from many days.
Solution: Connect the Bioaccess to the Downloader software. and download the logs. Prefer to connect the Biaccess directly to the PC using serial cable less then 6mtrs while downloading the logs.
2.>Problem: The problem might be due to the faulty keypad/damaged.
Solution:Restart the unit means switch OFF the unit and turn it ON.Now after the booting process is completed and Normal screen appears on the LCD of the unit check the keypad.If the keypad is still not working then just check the keys by pressing and holding any key on the keypad for few seconds because manytimes it happen that the keypad dont respond for single press.If u press and hold any key the keypad starts responding after some time.If still the problem persist Contact Support.
3>Problem:The problem might be in Firmware.
Solution: Contact Support .
