Problem:LCD screen of the Bioenable completely blank
Solution: Check for the following things:
1> Check wether the power adapter is working or not.The output vtg generated by the adapter is 12V DC.Check this vtg using multimeter if possible.If u can check using multimeter or need support Contact Support.
2> Use the intesity pot for increasing the intensity.Click for help
3> LCD itself might be faulty.The unit requires servicing.Contact Support.
