Question: I have opened the ports and my unit is getting pingged on the WAN but still unit is not getting connected.. what can be problem?
Ans: For this dealer or customer should contact their network admin person who can provide you support related to WAN activities. BioEnable can only provide information which is required for connectivity. If still customer is not able to connect their devices then they will be required to consult their network administrator. BioEnable will not provide any kind of support for WAN activities. Dealers should take necessary care that they should take help from any network service provider company.
