Logs are not coming in Authentication Logs Window?
ans. Go through the following steps:
1) Check whether Log option is Enabled in NAC2500 terminal
(Path: NAC2500 Terminal Menu-> System Options-> Log Option).
2) Check whether Save Authentcation Log option is set to Save Log in text or Save Log in Database option in Remote Manager Software.
(Path: Remote Manager-> Settings->Backup->Save authentcation Logs).
NOTE: If "Don't Save" is selected then when Access Server software will get restartrs the log data will be lost.
3) If above to options are set properly and still logs are not updating Authentication Log Window then download file NITGENDBAC_EXT.mdb from NAC Debug EXT folder.
Copy it to the location: "\Program Files\Access Manager\DB"
Note: While copying this EXT file pls close the Access Server from System tray.
