Warranty Procedures
Any product that shows signs of failure shall be returned to BioEnable for inspection to
determine whether it is a repair or replacement item. If expedited service is needed,
the additional expense will be billed.
The policy is to repair or replace a defective item as quickly as possible. BioEnable is not
responsible for any "down time" related costs, such as, but not limited to, expedited
shipping charges. BioEnable do not cover labor charges regarding removal or reinstallation nor do they cover additional items needed during reinstallation such as fixtures etc... at client’s premises.
BioEnable customers/authorized dealers shall keep invoice as proof of purchase, warranty claims may be refused at the BioEnable if a copy of the invoice cannot be
presented if asked by BioEnable at any time.
Any other unconventional accessories installed with the product, not approved by the
BioEnable will usually and unequivocally void your warranty.
Warranty Certificate & Period
Warranty certificate is only available with products where provided by the manufacturer. In many cases such certificates are not available. In this condition we provide online warranty certificate that you can print and keep with you for your future reference.

Authorized dealer are required to sell their stocks within 2 months of purchasing from BioEnable. The maximum warranty offered is 14 months from the date of purchase by BioEnable authorized dealer.
In case the product come for repair and service under warranty which was manufactured
15 months back, service department in no case can process it in under warranty scheme
irrespective of the date of purchase by the customer.
If the data of manufacturing is say approx. 12 months to 14 months old, then service
department will ask for proof from the customer about the date of Purchase in the form of
invoice from BioEnable or our authorized reseller. Please note that this is Invoice
available with the end-user and not the BioEnable invoice made to authorized dealer. Even if dealer
send a unit for processing under warranty, is suppose to present the invoice showing
date of sale instead of BioEnable invoice given to him. If this date of purchase by the
customer is not satisfactorily proven to the Service department, then service department
will make decisions based on approx. calculations and customer claims.
If the date of manufacturing on the product is less then 12 months then service
department will not ask for anything from customer or reseller.
