Following is the Warranty Period for products manufactured/branded by different companies.
BioEnable:
12 months from the date of Punchase by end-use from BioEnable or its authorized dealer.
Nitgen:
NAC2500 Series, NAC3000 Series, Hamster Series
(January 2007 onwards):
24 months (2 years) from date of Purchase by end user from BioEnable or its authorized dealer.
Before January 2007: 12 months from the date of Punchase by end-use from BioEnable or its authorized dealer
Nitgen Other products (like NDL Series etc.) : 12 months from the date of Punchase by end-use from BioEnable or its authorized dealer
ACS & GigaTMS products:
12 months from the date of purchase by end-user from BioEnable or its authorized dealer.
AFD500 & CHIP3000 Series:
1 months from the date of purchase by end-user from BioEnable or its authorized dealer
Other products sold on ChipSilicon stores:
6 months from the date of purchase by end-user from BioEnable or its authorized dealer
Authorized dealer are required to sell their stocks within 2 months of purchasing from BioEnable. The maximum warranty offered is 14 months from the date of purchase by BioEnable authorized dealer.
