We undertake to repair free of cost the equipment supplied against maufacturing defects if any in the workmanship or material for a period as mentioned in document "Warranty Period for Products" (http://info.bioenabletech.com/Sales/warranty/warranty-period) from the date of supply for all manufacturing and workmanship defects. The warranty doesnot extend to any part of the machine which has been damaged due to misuse, neglect , accident, improper installation etc.
Further this warranty shall cease to be operative in the event of the machine having been tampered with, serviced or repaired by any agency not authorized by the company. THis warranty is issued subject to juridiction of Civil ourt at Pune, India.
This warranty is valid for the equipment as per the Invoice issued by BioEnable or its authorized dealer in your region. In case you purchase our products from un-authorized dealers or unknown sources then this warranty is not valid.
