The Customer has to issue us a copy of C Form along with Performa Invoice.\par\par\par 2. If he wants to issue us C form together at yearend for all sale then in that case \plain\f0\fs24 atleast\plain\f0\fs24  he has to give us  a xerox copy of C form with Performa Invoice .\par It is important that In C form he must put  BIOENABLE name & serial no. we can have from xerox copy of this C Form.\par\par\par 3. If the customer is not able to provide C Form  or xerox copy of C FORM along with sale then in that  case we can sell him \plain\f0\fs24 ag\plain\f0\fs24 . C Form but we will keep 6 % deposit & will return him when he issues us C Form to us.\par\par 4. We cannot make sale against C From on only verbal assurance that it will be issued at year end.\par Sale against C Form only on the basis of verbal  assurance can be made to Ltd. Companies only & the Company belongs to a very reputed group.\par Here also we must have signed purchase order of Customer where it is mentioned that sale is being made against C From. \par\pard\par }
