In case a customer finds that the new units procured from bioenable against invoice are faulty, then he can return them to Stores department
as Sales Return.
After
In case of Sales return
material does not goto service department but to
Stores, Stores will book
The stores will receive
the goods in Mumbai-belapur-faulty store in case the
material is reported to be faulty by the customer. Such material will be sent to
service department for testing and if corrected will be brought back to finished
stock or open-box/refurbished stock depending on the condition of the
goods.

:Sales Person: Create a
Dheeraj: approve the
Goraksha: process return refund and create credit note and send its
copy to abacus. Apply the credit note on the
invoice.
