Shipping information for shipments made in India
BioEnable ship products as per the mode mentioned in the Performa
Invoice(PI). Please ensure that the shipping address and mode is
correctly mentioned in the Performa Invocie before confirming order.
India is a large country and we use different modes to serve requirements of our customers.
There are separate courier agencies for shipping of BioEnable Products
In Case of Domestic Shipment its done by
1. Track ON Couriers
2. First Flight Couriers
Shipment mode is normally Trackon Couriers for standard shipments made in India including documents and parcels. COD (Cash/Cheque/DD on Delivery) shipments are not shipped via Trackon.
Shipment mode is normally First Flight couriers for COD shipments in India.
Once the shipment is booked, BioEnable Stores will send the docket / tracking
number to the customer via email or on phone.
Both the courier companies provide online tracking of the consignments. Please visit following section to get updated links for tracking your parcels.
Tracking Links
For shipments to Kolkata and Orissa way bill is required to be sent by us along with the shipment.
Buyer need to send the way bill to BioEnable when they confirm the order.
For shipments to State of Uttar Pradesh (North India), FORM 31 is required to be sent by us along with the shipment. This document needs to be issued by the buyer and sent to us before the shipment can be made.
In above cases our shipment dispatch schdule is prepared after receipt of the required documents and standard shipment schdule is not valied.
These documents will be filled by BioEnable (if required) and will be given to courier person along with the Parcel in a saperate envelop as they are required to be stamped from Govt authorities. Normally courier companies do not accept parcels without these documents but in case sent the responsibility for any such process lies with the Buyer, who is fully responsible for any problems that may occur due to non-availability of this document.
These documents are considered important and loss of the same can cause significant trouble to the buyer. Buyer shall always maintain copies of the document with them in case required. Buyer shall ensure that document is sent through trustable means to bioenable and if possible send docket number for tracking beforehand by email. The documents can be lost while receiving, while with bioenable or by the courier while delivering. Since this process is valid only for few states BioEnable doesnot take responsibility for security of such documents and buyer shall take all necessary precautions required.
Octoroi
Octoroi or entry tax is valid in few states like (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab). Responsibility for paying Octoroi is with the Buyer. BioEnable considers the parcel to be delivered to customer once it reaches the Octoroi entry point. Further clearance and movement of the parcel is responsibility of the Buyer/Consignee.
In case of shipments made to states where octoroi is applicable the Invoice or a declaration is required to be provided to the courier saperately by BioEnable.
Normally courier companies pay octoroi on behalf of the consignee/buyer and collect the same from them at the time of delivery. For such clearance and payment the courier company work on behalf of the consignee/buyer and not on our behalf. Any issues related to this matter are only between Consignee and the courier company.
In case of courier mode the shipment may not be held by the courier company to inform and seek your advice for octoroi payment. Octoroi payment as judged by the government authority is paid by the courier on your behalf.
In case consignee/buyer doesnot accept the parcel due to any reasons and courier company returns the parcel to bioenable, it may recover the octoroi amount from bioenable. In such even BioEnable will charge the amount to the buyer along with two way shipping and handling charges. In case of dispute where the parcels are held by the government authority for non clearance of the octoroi, the parcels are considered to have been delivered to the buyer/consignee.
