After successful installation this icon get created on the desktop. Double click on this icon to start software
Connecting BioAccess with the PC.
1) Connect the cable to the BioAccess and get it connected to the COM port
Of the PC.
2) start the software by double click on the “BioAccess Downloader” icon
On the desktop.
“BioAccess Downloader” should get started.
BioAccess to the PC.
2) Store in the text file: Click this button if user want to store the data in the text
file format. If the software get downloaded on the c drive then user can get the
database as well as log file on the following path:
3) Database also: If user clicks on this option then the data get stored in the Access file. The path of that file is:
Settings:
1)Put admin finger over scanner and get it authenticated.
2) It displays users and settings options
3)choose second option by click on 2 key from keypad
4) On PC screen in BioAccess Downloader.exe (refer Fig 1) there is the setting option click on the “change button” and enter machine id in the respective text box provided for the same.
In the same way click on the change button to set the date and time respectively.
Then click on the Go button.
5) To delete all users with super admin click on the “Go” button against the
“Delete all users in bioaccess statement”
>When the data get downloaded from the application its contents can be seen in this screen located on right side of the software
Acknowledge Completion: Click on this button to completely erase the log data located on the BioAccess.
