BioEnable Recommended for ISO9001:2000 Certificate

  ISO Certification Audit was conducted by certification body BVQI in BioEnable Technologies Pvt. Ltd. on 5th & 6th September, 2005 by BVQI team from Pune.

BVQI has recommended BioEnable for ISO 9001:2000 certification to Accreditation body UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). We expect to receive certificate within 10 days.

This is great moment for BioEnable as we have achieved our first stage of quality management system.

People will now value our efforts in quality management and customer satisfaction.

Quality management system is very important for a company which intend to become a brand and an important force in its industry. Customers value those companies which focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Technology Centric to Customer Centric -- With our quality management system we have shifted focus from Technology to Customer. BioEnable was initially founded to focus on Technology and offer possible products and solutions based on the Technology. We were more technology centric and not customer centric. With introduciton of QMS we have now become customer centric.

This means that we will design and develop products with more focus on customer requirements. We will use any suitable technology  to satisfy our customer requirements. Customer requirements will drive technology selection.

This also means that performance of employees and departments will be looked from customer prespective. Along with your talent and capabilities, your ability of your work to create customer satisfcation or sales will be given significant importance.

IT & Internet -- BioEnable value innovation. Innovation allow us to grow fast and achieve new heights every year. BioEnable has been focusing on innovative IT tools and Internet which allow our company to share information , track progress and manage processes.

What next in QMS --

* BioEnable will deploy process and continual improvement approach of ISO more deeply into all departments and deploy more tools to monitor and measure data.

* BioEnable will now target CE certification for all its products

* BioEnable will now target SEI CMM Level 3 for its Software services operations
